I was also happy to see they offer some snacks, which are great for a light bite. However, the price for alternative milk is rather high—I'd say it's unjustified, considering the surcharge is equivalent to the cost of half a liter of milk in the store for just one drink. Furthermore, it’s not clear how to keep track of cashback through the loyalty program; I can’t see how much I’ve accumulated or when I can use it. I hope you'll improve this. Overall, though, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor is modern, and there are spots to work on your laptop. Thank you!
We visited Surf on the 2nd, the day QR codes were implemented. Before going to this Surf location, we stopped by another one on Rubinstein Street, where we were simply asked for the code along with our birth dates and names, which is standard practice. However, at this Surf, they began asking us for identification, which is illegal. We explained to the barista that this is against the law and that other places do not require such documentation, but he refused to seat us even though we had everything needed for entry. It’s very disappointing that such a company poorly informs its employees about new policies and rules during such difficult times and violates the law in doing so. I hope this issue gets addressed, and they start adhering to the regulations. I can only give one star plus an additional point for the tasty tea; otherwise, my mood was severely spoiled.
Pretty terrible service. barista was so rude that we decided to get coffee elsewhere. no coffee menu, no list of coffee or preparation menus. not for serious coffee mackerel.
I don’t know, I didn’t work out with Surf coffee. I love only one of their coffee shops on Malaya Sadovaya. Firstly, there are always a lot of people, so it is extremely rare to sit down with a cup of coffee. Secondly, I am directly jarred when they turn to me in coffee shops restaurants, or anywhere else I mean, not when my friends do it, but any staff or managers, etc. . A friend of mine once tried to explain to me that this is “just the policy of the institution”, they say, friendly, but it repulses me very much. When you walk in and say hello, and in response, you get hello! What will you order? ”, Well, or something like that. Not that I would be against it when people communicate on you , but first we need to clarify whether it is possible to address this, and half of the barista in Cerf is younger than me. I’m wondering if people over 40 will also say “hello”? One more point: they gave me a glass already crumpled on top. No, I understand everything, he could wrinkle, but you can take another. Just in the end, despite the fact that I nevertheless closed it tightly, my tea still spilled ... Of the pros: Quite a large selection. You can take something for both drinks and for a snack. Cute cups We have our own personal products and merchandise, but this is for “connoisseurs”, so to speak. If the tea had not spilled, I would have put 4. But after the hello he completely upset me. Because the barista could not help but notice that the glass was dented. And, in principle, she could assume that the drink might spill. But, either she didn 't care, or she just decided not to think about it
Pretty awful service. Barista was so rude we decided to leave and get coffee elsewhere. No coffee menu, no list of coffees or preparation menus. Not for serious coffee drinkers.
