Tgi Fridays Methuen

Not only that it took forever to screw up our meal, they promised a creditworthiness and never followed thru. completely irritated and will never go again!

The service was somewhat slow, but overall good eating and the server were very polite.

Wait for food for 45 minutes. eating tasted terrible! I'm not going back.

I've been to the Methuen TGI Fridays several times and have never been disappointed like I was on the 23rd of May. I took a group of friends there and the service was not very good and the food was disappointing. Not sure what was going on that night but I can tell you that my friends do not wish to go back there. Which is a shame because it could have been an every Thurs night thing.

I don’t want to completely blame the restaurant for the service, but there wasn’t many people there to begin with for it to take so long. I had reserved a time with 10 people and it took at least 45 minutes to get our table. Also, everyone received their food at different times so we couldn’t enjoy it as a whole together. The waitress was not present as much as I expected her to be due to serving other customers. Maybe they were short on staff, I’m not so sure. But overall, the experience was not as good as it could’ve been.
