Feedback gevenNever had an issue with this location. However, if I pay nearly eight bucks for a fastfood sandwich, I expect to get what I paid for. As outlined on the receipt that's now at the bottom of the trash, a BACON SWISS Royal King Tendercrisp with spicy sauce was ordered. Paid for expensive toppings that were not present. Never been a picky eater when eating out, but when it comes to my money being spent on something I did not get, that really grinds my gears.
Fries was disgusting and burnt tasting. Burger was cold and nasty. I tried to call them but no answer.
I used to go to the Burger King on Tryon Rd. However, there was always something wrong. Most of the time in drive-thru they would take forever to take my order. This location is a little out the way, but their customer service is good, the food is fresh like I asked. The storage manager Megan was friendly met all the qualities for how a fast food restaurant should be..keep up the good work

It is incredible that a chain like Burger King has several locations in which some, how is it where I was present this morning to order my breakfast of the day, have a service that is completely disapproved. They should worry about their work staff, who are the ones that make it possible for them to succeed as a company. As customers we deserve the best since we consume their products and pay for a service that should be excellent. it is time to stop resting on your laurels. my rating for this location is 0. the manager of the place was very stressed and all the customers behind me had 30 minutes waiting for their orders from him. I asked the manager what was the reason for so much waiting and he told me it was because they didn't have staff available on weekends and they were training some. come on Burger King if you claim to be the king of burgers show it by putting trained people to serve professionally.
