Feedback gevenI went today to return spoiled milk 11-22-23 which I purchased in store the day before thanksgiving. No I did not look at the date, at the time however when I came in today. Never have I ever been excuse of stealing milk! Just because yvette (the lady at the desk did not understand the app on my phone that shows my purchase history. She wanted the paper receipt luckily I had that on hand. Than to ask if I even had the card that was file?! (In the tone of it was even my card? I get hard times and other people. However her attitude and judgement was flabbergasting. There ways to talk to people even within protocol of stores.
Nice, neat and organized and clean. That Lowes location would be perfect if the prices were a little bit cheaper.
1 year ago I loved this place, per my last review. Great employees. Store is always really clean. Sometimes I wish the fresh fruit was a little more consistent with quality. NOW there is nothing that can make up for the lack of care in this store. I had to find someone to open a register to check me out. Not so much as a hello. Shelves completely empty in spots. 11 am and not a single rotisserie chicken . Very poor management. With their prices, it is just not worth it anymore. It is the store closest to my home but I give up on them completely.
When did Lowes start training employees to walk away as soon as they hand off receipt, without saying a word. It is very disappointing because the staff use to be so friendly helpful we liked shopping there. Checkout person did not speak at all except to offer new card since she pulled ours off the key chain. She was much more interested in getting down to fellow cashiers to socialize than to work. As soon as receipt printed she handed to us she couldnt walk away fast enough. She didnt thank usfor visiting. Didnt say have nice day. We were still standing there she just walked away saying nothing. She didnt even bag up the groceries for customer in front of us before started sending our groceries down the conveyor on to his groceries. Rude. Lack of respect. No customer service. Some serious problems with customer service. On separate note we have always loved the deli. Delicious chicken. It smelled so good walking in the last time. Our last 2 visits the chicken legs were so scrawny and dry Too many other places to shop to receive the lack of customer service we have been receiving lately
What’s up with Lowes Deli lately ? They have one high schooler working the Deli on Saturday and he is not proficient at his job. He also seems to enjoy people having to wait on him while he takes his sweet time. One time I was waiting and he purposely ignored me. Like I wasn’t even there! Very rude and unprofessional. I waited a good fifteen minutes this last Saturday and there was only one person before me he was waiting on. Lowes management please look into this. We spend a lot of money at your store and the extremely poor service is not acceptable. Usually your Deli staff is great just not on Saturday any longer. You seemed to cut back on your good staff.
