I really love their mango dragonfruit refreshner. I tried their turkey breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good. Would definitely come to try their other refreshners. Terrible customer service by Casey and Elizabeth. I asked for a refill because I was dining in and they refused at first. I showed them the policy on the Starbucks website and they got defensive at first and tried to refuse. After showing them the policy on my phone, they then told me that teas are not allowed to refill even though it clearly says you can on the Starbucks website. I’m not sure why they were being so rude even though I’m just asking politely for something that is allowed from Starbucks and clearly stated in their policy. Always a great experience! It seems that this location runs specials and has items independent from other Starbucks locations.
