Acceptable Chinese food but most times unacceptable poor customer service. You'll be lucky if you don't have to speak to the mean lady that makes you feel like your presence is such a nuisance.

I have come this place so many times as I do agree with some of the one star reviews I also agree with the 3-4 stars. One of the ladies is very rude, if you ask for extra hot sauce she will come off as if you can’t afford it. However they do have a guy answering phones now and he’s way better than her. We have never mind paying a little extra for whatever extra we need but their attitude could definitely do them good. I visit them once every 6-8 months and the last couple of times they haven’t messed my order ?

Went to the cross link location. First thing I noticed was how hot it was inside the building. I am glad I ordered take out because no way could I eat in there because of the heat. Second I noticed one of the women tending to a child sleeping on one of the seats by the front door. Then she went back into the kitchen and never washed their hands. Next was the price. I know the menu was a year old on the website but I rolled the dice and in my opinion I lost. I ordered a large house special fried rice, and a small vegetable fried rice. The small fried rice was slightly greasy and had 4 pieces of broccoli, diced onions, a few sprouts. Very disappointed in the taste of the rice.The large house special fried rice was really disappointing. I had ordered this at another location a few weeks ago and I fell in love with it. But not this time. The rice had hard pieces mixed in with it. It was really greasy. If I compare today's house special to the house special at the other location I would give this 0 stars.Finally, the price. It was over $17 for a small vegetable fried rice and a large house special fried rice. My copy of the receipt did not show itemized prices. So I am left to wonder if the clerk over charged me because I am not a local. Needless to say I will never patronize this location again. To be completely honest I ate around 5 p.m. it's now 11:25 p.m. and I am feeling ill from the food.

The food is always fresh I live way on the other end now in the back but I go out my way just to go to this Chinese restaurant because it's very good and clean. Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of things there are kid-friendly and they also offer small portions for children also. Parking: They have other stores there and also food Lion supermarket so you have plenty of parking free. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair assessable Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions or you do is ask what's in the dish they don't mind changing the disc the way you that's including sources you can change the way you want. If you don't see something on the menu ask some things are not on it.
