Firstly, I'll say this visit was not a typical experience for this location. However, I think there are things to be learned here. I know I'll be back, and I know Google will ask me to update my review. We ordered ahead in the app. Arrived to pick up the order and it was ready and waiting for us. When we looked in the bag, we saw the fries were missing. We mentioned this and they produced their order ticket, which looks like it got cut off in the printer so they
On-line order provided and estimated 16-21 minutes to complete. Upon arrival 20 minutes after placing order I was informed it would be an additional 25 minutes. Seems to me they need to update their estimation calculator so they are not wasting customers time.
I love the corn and rolls. Those are the two items that I go the most for. The food is always hot and ready and the customer satisfaction is great. I have to go at least two times a week and I m so glad they came to Fuquay-Varina.
Food was great, Rhonda was amazing and whoever the chef was gave me extra wings cos some of mine were too small. I ordered like 6 and I got 10! Great job all around
