I found that many of the dishes were best enjoyed when shared, but I managed to try the pear salad, ribs, and mac and cheese on my own. The overall flavor was satisfying, with the pear salad being a pleasant surprise. Being from Texas, I have high standards for ribs, so I can't say they were outstanding, but they were tasty. The mac and cheese was a bit too much for one person, so I recommend sharing it with a friend. Overall, I had a good dining experience.
I have always wanted to try Cue and finally had the chance when a friend treated me to dinner there one night. We had a fantastic time, not only because of the delicious food. The restaurant is modern and spacious, making it a great place for a conversation without worrying about noise. It's not a rowdy crowd, as the tables are spread out for privacy while enjoying your meal. The staff is well-trained, attentive, and accommodating. They quickly suggested their bestsellers and efficiently took our orders and refilled our water glasses. The Bacon Slab was tender and juicy, clearly marinated for hours, and delicious when paired with rice and fries. My friend enjoyed the Devil Fried Chicken with Dirty Rice as well. Can't wait to visit again! :)
My dining experience at Cue Modern Barbecue was excellent. I ordered the Ribeye with bone marrow, which was delicious but a bit pricey. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a view of the shoppers and strollers. We even got to enjoy a concert in the park for free.
Been here with the family for a couple of times already. The overall ambiance of Cue is homey with their comfy seats and interiors. The centerpiece for each table is a lone pig and its actually quite cute and simple. Food is served in bowls and plates designed like mini pots and pans, quirky and instagram worthy haha! During it's soft opening until now that more people are now discovering Cue, the food is great as always! The bacon slab, steaks and ribs are a must try. The brocolli and blue cheese soup if a favorite of ours. Our waiter, JP if I remember the name correctly, is very accomodating and friendly. Surely a must try for barkada hangouts, family lunches or even dinner dates.
Went out with the family and hadn't tried 'Cue before. The Mojitos were underwhelming and the service was a little slow but it was New Year's Day. The burgers however were good moist 6oz patties. Sweet potato fries were tasty. Burger buns unexciting. All served on wooden plates. Actually a pleasant dinner that met expectations. We were fortunate that it was cool enough to sit outside and we could people watch in Central Square. We will come back.
