By far the closest to that of Korea's jjajjangmyeon. We tried it first when we had jjamppong, jjajjangmyeon and steamed dim sum delivered. The best. We tried it again on their restaurant. We ordered jjajjangmyeon and sweet and sour pork. Still the best. Sweet and sour pork tastes better if the sauce is a but cold, else, its sourness will bother you.
