Manam - Metro Manila

Service today sucked. Food took so long and we actually ordered while lining up. This one server Marie was rude. I am writing this as I am billing out. Was really dissapointed. I dont know if they were just undermanned. I hope they fix it before someone else experiences this.

Worst experience here so far. Ordered plain white rice, we got served rice that was perhaps from lunch (it was dry and bunched together, the kind you would use for sinangag). I checked the other tables and they had rice that was steaming so I can assume we did get old rice. Adobo was dry and over cooked. Only thing that was good was the salmon head sinigang because of the broth... but for a large, we barely had any vegetables in it. Sad to experience this kind of food from a usually reputable restaurant. To think I brought my parents here who were visiting from the states. Such a shame.

Long line, lot of customers. i love the food. though yun claimed ng spot.ph as best sisig, di pasado sa akin. pero masarap lahat ng food and affordable.

Wow. This place looked amazing. I have been to other outlets and I can say this one's a true step up. It was so well lit, stark and genuinely pleasing to the eyes. This is the perfect place for family dinners. I loved almost everything we ordered especially the sisig. They claim they have the best sisig in Manila and I'm pretty sure they're not bluffing. Crispy pata was also A+. But I had to take out a few points from the rating because the Thermidor was too pricey and I didn't like it (or maybe because it's my first time to order that and didn't know what to expect). Anyway, awesome service and experience was superb.

Excellent place for Filipino culinary experience. For a first timer in Phillipines, I could find a great array of Filipino food, including those with fusion flair. I love the watermelon sinigang, great balance of sweet salty and sour with fork tender meat. The sisig, for me, was the best in Manila during the 1 week visit and trying sisig at 4-5 different places. The shakes are really great too. Generous serving, super tasty and fresh. Great atmosphere, great food, definitely will come back the next time I'm in Manila.
