Pancake House McKinley - Metro Manila

The napkins at this restaurant were not as advertised on the menu. The sausages were smaller than expected. However, the customer service was excellent!

Just like their pancakes, this restaurant also offers rice flour dishes. They have a great deal of 2 plates for 399 pesos. On this visit, we chose to order their signature bark tapa with garlic rice and our favorite ala cubana.

I visited this outlet at MOA and was disappointed by the dirty floors, cracked seating, and the extra charges for spaghetti sauce. Additionally, they only provided one container of syrup for three people. The worst part was the unsanitary toilet situation. This raises concerns about health department standards. On a positive note, the Pancake House in Trece Martires has been the best I've ever visited.

I love the breakfast and the love to cook first over price for phillipine little portions, I'm sorry, but you better cook on pancakes and their own fruits and the American coffee weak and like a tee cup I think there were two 3 small pieces banan in my banan pancakes they also have spent tiny pieces of speck their better to leave their own boils but they can leave their own

First of all, Pancake House has been a favorite breakfast place of my hubby and I everytime we're together so it was disappointing when we came to this place months ago--terrible service and not-so-good food. We arrived at around ten in the morning a bit...late for breakfast) and ordered some pancakes, waffles, and some bacon part of the set). I had choco for drink and my hubby his usual coffee--service was way too slow! The bacons were bad cold, and tastes old) and we did inform the server but she did not know how to respond to that and just stood there blank-face oh well, we did not waste our time talking to her). The waiting time was almost an hour to think there were so few of us there maybe less than 7). The ambiance was not as pleasant compared to other branches as well I've been to a LOT) considering this place is in an upscale community--dark, old, with waiters who don't know what good customer service is. Overall, it was really a disappointing experience for us so we did not bother to come back). We'll stick to other branches if we visit Pancake House again.
