Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Metrocentre

This restaurant has the best burger on the entire menu. The chips are also fantastic. The buns could be improved as they tend to crumble easily, but overall the food is delicious.

Came into Burger king today for some dinner whilst having a break from my shopping. I was greeted by a lovely looking chap named jack, who was smiling and seemed happy to help with anything i needed. I felt so welcomed and greeted by him, and the service was amazing, he really made my day, cracking jokes, and getting on with me well, all whilst staying professional. I think all staff who work there should aspire to be as cheerful and delightful to interact with. The food came and was absolutely lovely, and when i requested some sauce, once again jack was ready to serve me, still just as welcoming. i have never experienced such amazing customer service at a fast food place before, and Jack, has made my week! :

Quick, hot food. Staff were friendly and polite, showing me how to navigate the kiosks
