Excellent experience, culinary or service, I highly recommend. Knowing to live, knowing how to do, local and chichi-free. This semi-gastron is worth a gastro. Thank you for this great experience. We had taken rosé champagne, excellent, the 4-course menu with the 3 glasses of wine, they went perfectly with all the dishes.

A very good semi- gourmet restaurant. They offer quality dishes, in a pleasant setting. The room is responsible for the size, which allows a tasting in peace. All dishes benefit from real work and training care. The taste was also an appointment. The small plus being the beverage agreement offered by the sommelier who was able to adapt to the particular taste of our group.

We have dinner tonight at Quintessence. The 4-course discovery menu was very rhythmic and subtle. The very friendly welcome from a young team but without false steps. I recommend this address and we will return. In the meantime we will test Saturday evening the second table of the chef in front.

The kitchen is perfectly balanced. The blind menu is perfect, even for the hardest of us! I discovered and enjoyed foods that I do not usually consume. What to say from the chef de salle and his knowledge of wine... we were guided by the choice of a bottle and the agreement was perfect throughout the dishes.
