Panda Express - Metzger

I love this location, I work in the mall so I go here multiple times as week. The food is always fresh and the staff are super nice. Nomi in particular is always cheerful and gives me a big plate. I’m a body builder so it’s always nice to get a stacked plate for a fair price. Definitely recommending this location to all my friends. (I already do)

Silvia is the worst server in the word, She always has her bad face, when you order more than 2 plates she makes you wait a long time, and when it is ready she prefers to serve more people and does not give you the priority that you deserve for having waited, if you arrive 15 minutes before close, he gets upset, he has no empathy for customers if she doesn't want to work or has problems at home, please don't come and infect us with your bad energy. Orderd chow mein as a side first bite the noodles tasted burnt. Turned over noodles and one side was black. Informed staff of burnt noodles they said they would inform the back and did not apologize or offer to replace or credit the burnt food. Sat back down and crew got together and started giggling. They do not value food safety or customer service. Avoid

Exceptional customer service tonight, very respectful, mannered and great people here tonight. I was very impressed. I was helped by a tall gentleman tonight, great job!!! Highly recommend.
