Hap Chan - Mexico

Branch is dirty. Ordered Hototay and had to send it back because vegetables used was old (dark colored) and they included the stem of the vegetables. Taste of soup was also bland. Oil used was also old because salt an pepper ribs was dark and not golden. Good wait staff though (only redeeming factor).

No toilet for customers some items on the menu are not available

One of the best Chinese restaurant, unfortunately they are located in NLEX

The male service staff was not customer friendly, he looked like he has loads of problems or lack of sleep. The noodle soup was overly saltish compared to other Hap Chan restaurants I have eaten at (Greenbelt 1 and along Adriatico Street and even Alabang-Zapote road). Also the restaurant had a lot of flies. When I say a lot I mean a lot. There were like 12 of then flying around my table let alone the other tables. Really should do something about getting rid of the flies. I had Chinese guests with me and they were not impressed.
