Could have used another employee working, but the gentleman working did great with what he had!

Nobody ever says a word when you enter this store. Hello, no, nothing.. Silence. I paid 14 dollars for a roast beef sandwich with almost everything on it. There was BARELY any meat on it. For one of the most expensive sandwiches on the whole menu it was like I was eating a veggie sandwich that was toasted. Not satisfying at all. Hot bread, cold meat inside. Very, very, disappointed.

Rude during general conversation. Also staff is not well versed in company policy. The food is not as good as it could be. It will do in a pinch, but I'm still sick to my stomach.

If both the online and store posted hours say you close at a specific time you should probably stay open until those times

Slowest subway you’ll ever go to. Always have one person working so you’ll be in there for thirty minutes.
