Bolivar Lounge - Miami Beach

What can I say? A Great culinary experience. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and drinks. I asked about their drinks and the we LOVED all her suggestions. We were only planning on only having one drink and each and ended up having 2 so we could try most of their drinks made with their Colombian aguardiente. Plan on returning in the next year or so and we will definitely visit BOLIVAR restaurant. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We stumbled upon this amazing treat while visiting S. Beach last year. It was so amazing we came back with friends this year. After an amazing night of food and entertainment we decided to make it our annual first night stop while in S. Beach. The mussel appetizer is a must. The best we have ever had. The chicken entree in mushroom sauce will blow your mind. My husband had the pork belly, steak and egg, wow! Can't wait to come back next summer!

Loved loved loved it the ambiance was cool. The food was delish. We got the lunch special, chimichurri steak with salad and papas and spinach soup. Delicioso! The empanadas were bomb also.

Our waiter, Kevin, was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable about the menu and enthusiastic to introduce Columbian cuisine. We will DEFINITELY visit again! A MUST DO!!!!!?!! I highly recommend the El Libertador with Aguardiente

Awesome place to have a drink and food it's awesome!! Plus staff are really kind and cool
