The wait staff waited on 5 people before even preparing our order from Uber Eats. Refused service to my husband until another Spanish speaking customer translated. And on top of that the sandwich quality that we ordered was poor/dry.

The staff is very friendly. Nice place to enjoy your coffee inside or outside on their patio with your dog!

Great place for a quick breakfast, nice interior, nice terrace with Alton Rd views, an ode to Cuban American culture.

I asked for a sandwich with scrambled eggs and received a sandwich with a tortilla instead. I’ve been coming here for a while. Usually I get there all day breakfast but the place always takes forever and Service is always awful. Today was my last time.

I should have taken the lack of customers as a warning when I ordered a bisteak sandwich at lunchtime in a mostly empty restaurant. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and lacking in flavor. It’s no surprise that there were more staff members than diners. This experience is not reflective of what I've come to expect from this restaurant chain. Upper management should definitely take a closer look at this establishment.
