Feedback gevenI went a few weeks ago while I was on a cruise that stopped in Miami. I wish this restaurant was closer to home so I could go again. Everything was delicious, well prepared and so fresh tasty.
Worst manager ever , we waited more than 1 hours and half to be served and at the end we cancel the order we didn’t eat ! Worst service never seenDon’t go there
We Went last with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) to this restaurant, my bill was $280 , after the meal we were still was hungry , we asked for to order another plate and they told us it would take another hour (the want us to empty the table to seat other people) the staff was rude , i spoke to someone that seemed to be the owner or the manager , and I told that that I was not happy with the service , and he replied your table should have cost you $1000 , you ordered only $200 so you should consider yourself happy) I never leave a feedback online , but that was very rude , even if it 's Passover and you are very busy , i ordered food from pita loca for Passover to my hotel , and the food was 10 time better , I will never go to this restaurant even if it was the last kosher restaurant open in Miami , by the way we were we another family of 5 and they had the same experience, horrible horrible horrible
If you are a tourist, don’t go there! If you are going during Passover, don’t go either. We asked for some matzah they said no, but they gave it to another table! For 4 people and just chicken, we paid over $200! Extremely expensive and poor service!
The manager was super agressiveWe wait more than 2 hours and received cold meal. When we asked to take off the service charge for bad serviceHe threaten us.
