The staff here works incredibly hard, even though the restaurant is clearly understaffed. They always manage to provide great service! The food is indulgently delicious. I had the Creole Shrimp, and I was definitely satisfied. My toddler loves the black beans and rice, but unfortunately, he spilled it all over the floor during our visit last night. Thank you for handling that!

Always fresh and budget-friendly, this restaurant is perfect for feeding your family, kids, or grabbing a quick lunch break! The taste surpasses that of many other places around South Beach. The staff is very friendly and ensures your orders are taken and served promptly. They offer real grilled, juicy chicken—definitely not baked!

After carefully considering the menu options, I chose the classic Cuban sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The flavor and portion size far exceeded my expectations. My meal was also prepared quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Great job, Pollo Tropical!

This is a great spot to visit if you're in the mood for a drive-thru that offers family meals. I highly recommend the family deal that includes roasted chicken, white rice, black beans, and fried yuca. UPDATE: I recently got the new churrasco dinner for my father, and he absolutely loved it!
