I had a frustrating experience with a delivery driver named Jose who was supposed to deliver my pizza. When I checked the website, it said my pizza had arrived, but it never showed up. I filed a claim and called twice, but no one answered. Later, Jose called me and told me to come pick up my pizza. I really wanted to give this place another chance, but I was wrong to do so. I’ll be requesting a refund when they reopen tomorrow.
This is by far the worst Domino's experience I've ever had. I waited an hour for my delivery, and while tracking the driver, I saw them make multiple stops without delivering my order. I called several times but got no answer. After my fifth call, someone finally picked up and asked, "Pickup or delivery?" without any greeting at all.
The quality of service and appearance of some of these delivery drivers is pretty bad. I almost had a conversation with the manager but decided not to waste my breath about this Marc guy they hired. They sent this guy to me and my wife's house and hewas 11 minutes from our house for 30-40 min which means he stopped somewhere and said forget about our order. So food of coursecame cold but what ticked me off is my wife telling me he crumbled the receipt in his hand and walked away with a attitude whichlater we found in our yard. We're the ones who should have the attitude. And I'm glad I wasn't home. Start watching who youhire.
I received a pizza and there was hair in it on one of the slices I bit threw my whole mood off
