I've never encountered any issues before, but this time one of the staff members (with light blue eyes) spoke quite rudely to another cashier. I believe she's new. When I asked her a few questions, she also responded to me in a rather rude manner and had an annoyed expression on her face. I just hope that no one else has to experience this kind of situation. Thank you.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I almost left feeling frustrated. My order was wrong, and they didn’t even wear any masks. It was just horrible. How can staff be so rude to customers, especially when people are looking for coffee and breakfast first thing in the morning before heading to work? Unbelievable!
