Feedback gevenI've never encountered any issues before, but this time one of the staff members (with light blue eyes) spoke quite rudely to another cashier. I believe she's new. When I asked her a few questions, she also responded to me in a rather rude manner and had an annoyed expression on her face. I just hope that no one else has to experience this kind of situation. Thank you.
The worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I almost left feeling frustrated. My order was wrong, and they didn’t even wear any masks. It was just horrible. How can staff be so rude to customers, especially when people are looking for coffee and breakfast first thing in the morning before heading to work? Unbelievable!
I've had a good experience at this restaurant in the past, but this time was different. It was nice and clean. And they were fast and the coffee was hot.
The worst Dunkin Donuts ever CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. I almost managed to see a BAD-DAY. My OR WAS WRONG and they have joined NO MASK. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. How can you be so rude for people when they come to you for coffee and breakfast first in the morning before the start of work. JUSTIFICATION
