Miller's Ale House - Miami Lakes

I loved this place for almost 10 years. My last 2 experience is terrible. I loved the music in the interior. I asked manager Rachel and 2 bartenders they said they never had music in the interior and also said they had many complaints from neighbors from the new building. these are two different stories. They also had music outdoors very dishonest. The bar next door played music both outside and inside, the food was cold and had to go back. When I saw them serving the plates, I saw several plates that were never sent to the tables. This place has a real down-class problem. It was always fun and great experience every time. Not anymore. I'd come back if they fix the problems. But they don't even know why people would go first.

Honest place was great until I went with some friends at 12:30 to order only one appetizer of 12 wings with just 4 customers throughout the joint and we waited an hour after our order was taken and nothing was brought to our table. I know they close at 2:00, but it looked like the blond waitress we had on 08/03/2022 missing hard I might not be sober, but even I could? ve has made a better job she legit waited to last minute to go our order in so that we went before she can bring it to us 1:48 not even 15 min before her close and more than an hour after we ordered it and we were bout to tip her good for the late night, but I guess she would rather go home late without money

Not only good food ambience at the restaurant, but AMAZING customer service. When there was a problem with our delivery order and delivery, the manager, Shelly, went up and beyond* to get our order delivered immediately and make sure it was done right. Seriously impressed and so happy with the service! 10/10 recommend
