Little Caesars Pizza - Miami Shores

This was my first and last experience at Little Caesars. I went to pick up my pizza, only to be informed that they had forgotten to put it in the oven. Mistakes happen, so I wasn't too bothered by that. However, the staff were incredibly rude and their behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable.

Bad customer service. They let you wait without anyone taking care of the customer you call and they always ignore. If someone shows up, it'll be with attitude.

I appreciate companies that consistently contribute to their communities and help bridge social gaps. Little Caesars has done a commendable job of keeping their food quality above their menu prices, resulting in excellent meals at incredibly affordable prices—even during this extensive economic recession. Their $5 Hot-N-Ready pizza can easily sustain a financially struggling college student for an entire day or provide a small family with a satisfying lunch or dinner. That’s a fantastic deal for us everyday consumers! There are a few improvements I would love to see: an upgrade and cleaning of the lobby (the aesthetic of this particular location is quite unattractive), hiring more experienced staff (the current employees are mostly younger and could benefit from further skill development), and adding more dine-in options (this location only offers carry-out and delivery). I understand that these choices may help them keep prices low, but renovating the space and investing in employee training could enhance the overall experience for customers. Overall, if you're looking for a place where you can feed yourself, your partner, and your three kids for just $20, this is the spot. I’d give it a 9 out of 10!

Uff the guys pick up things of the floor and with him for pizza unobstructed and totally disgusting I wish the guys would learn right training because their manners, where border never disgusts again I feel that this place has to turn off or fire the Lord

I order 2 pizza today at your shop Miami Shore, one with cheese and one with beef, the lady make the mistake she put the sausage on my beef so I need to wait until she redo the pizza and when I guet home I just have 2 CHEESE PIZZAS !!! I call the shop 20 mn waiting and the lady answer me to come back I told her I?m not living close so I ask a credit she told me it?s fine when I come back and when I ask her name she hangs up on my face !!!
