Pizza Hut - Miami Shores

The language barrier was an issue as the staff member didn’t understand my order. After that, she went to the back and didn’t seem to attend to anything. When I paid for my order, it felt very rude to have to wait outside for it. Additionally, the pasta was lukewarm. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place!

I used to really enjoy this restaurant. I spend over five thousand dollars a year on pizza and frequently ordered from here. However, yesterday I bought seven pizzas and only received six, all of which were cold and didn’t taste good at all. I’m done with this place.

Horrible, will never order from them again! Placed a delivery order at 2:30pm, didn't arrive till 4pm. Under baked and now sick because of it. Called to request a refund and nothing will be done about it. Now contacting corporate. Something is seriously wrong with them. There are 2 competitors in the area that offer good food and excellent service. So sorry I made this choice today.

I had an awful experience ordering online ? on 05-30-20 my ticket number on my receipt was #0073. I placed my order and they immediately called to confirm address. The wait time was 20-30 minutes and I called 2 hours later to figure out where is my order. I was standing outside my house contacting Pizza Hut and they kept telling me the order was delivered. While they spoke to the manager and I was on hold a car pulled up and it was my neighbors, they apparently dropped off my order to the house on the opposite street. We told the employee on the phone the situation and all she said was Im sorry, it wont happen again? The pizza box was soggy and I wanted to request for another one but I was waiting so long that I was starving. The food was cold and I had to microwave my whole order? Horrible! Not ordering again from this location ever again!?
