Burger King - Miami

As I approached the first window he had kindly directed me to, he remained patient and laughed along with me when I joked about being glad he recommended the coffee. When I asked for his name and if I could speak with his manager, he immediately agreed, not realizing it was to give him a compliment. From the looks of relief on both of his managers’ faces, it seemed he was unaware of the praise I was about to share. I told his managers that if I were still in the hospitality industry, I would have recruited Michael to join my team, as he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service. This is especially remarkable in these times when many businesses are understaffed and employees often feel overwhelmed. Thank you, Michael, for starting our morning on such a positive note! Kudos to his managers for equipping Michael with the tools he needs to deliver such outstanding service. My kids and I will definitely be back soon!

I’m giving this review 5 stars because of Pamela. Went to Burger King 2 days through the drive thru. I was greeted by the happiest warmest employee through the speaker she made my day. I originally ordered the classic whopper and the a whopper jr and she recommended to try that new south western burger combo with fries and a drink which I hope they make it a permanent item because it was so delicious. I order the whopper jr which was also good and fresh!

The cashier was very nice in the drive thru and she referred to me as a friend. I also got my order as soon as I arrived at the window. Nice speedy service.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I make a point to visit this Burger King instead of any others in the area, as it’s my favorite! The team is consistently on top of things, and my food is always fresh and hot. My drinks are also strong and enjoyable. The general manager always greets customers with a smile, and the staff follows suit. The dining area is always clean and tidy, just like home. I highly recommend this Burger King to anyone in the area! I love the one at 137 Ave and 112 St.

Hello! We've been to this Burger King six more times, and each visit has been fantastic. Debbie, the general manager, and her entire crew are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that orders are expedited quickly. Debbie, Lucy, and Pam work efficiently to get the orders to customers in no time. They are a great asset to the Burger King team. Every visit is a pleasure, as Debbie and her crew truly make you feel like part of the BK family. Kudos to her and her team!
