Burger King - Miami

Finally a bk with fresh brot, well-trained workers with a great setting, and perfectly roasted huh.

Unfortunately, this restaurant consistently disappoints. During my last visit, I noticed an employee handling dirty dishes with the same gloves they used at the register. I believe the issue stems from a lack of management oversight. Additionally, I observed staff using profanity while customers, including families with children, were nearby. Customer service should be a top priority, and employee training should be taken more seriously.

Burger King has surprisingly impressed me lately. Over the past 3 to 5 years, it went from being my favorite to just okay, but today I enjoyed a fantastic $5 deal. It included a double Junior Whopper, four chicken nuggets, a small fry, and a drink. What a great value! I loved it.

When I first moved here, it took them a few minutes to recognize me. I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers, but I received singles instead. They also forgot the 8-piece chicken nugget order I placed.

I bought takeout and the hamburgers were not what I ordered…the cheese and bacon were missing and I asked for them without pickles and they had pickles…bad service…second time it has happened to me
