Chili's Grill - Miami

The service was good but that's about the only good thing you could say about this place. It is run down and filthy. The home salad appetizer was good but tiny. The burger was probably the worst I've ever tasted with a strong sour aftertaste, which means it might have been spoiled. I had to return it after one bite, which is something I never do unless it's really inedible. The chicken sandwich was better than the burger but not something I would order again. The dessert was big and tasted ok but could be better

Came here to visit and wanted something that wasn't in a brown bag. The food took forever and came out cold. The restaurant was dirty and only cleaned the table when someone is being seated. The waitress was a doll though, Great customer service.

Ordered online for pick up, when I got home I noticed my chips salsa was not in our bag. Also all of our food was cold, we live fairly close to this restaurant but we had to reheat all of our food. My chicken crispers were missing the avocado ranch the cheese fries had zero cheese. I understand that many local food spots are under staffed but jeeez at least before packing food giving the customer their order revised the receipt with all items.

If I could give zero stars- I would. I called and specified that I am a vegetarian and meat makes me feel sick. Chef made the food, messed up, and hand-picked out the meat pieces (and yes there were leftover chunks). Then he throws raw broccoli on top to hide the mistake. Had I been allergic, this type of negligence could have sent me to the ER with my throat closing. But ya know, it’s cool, I was only feeling sick and vomiting instead- no biggie apparently.. HORRIBLE.

I absolutely adore the cajun chicken pasta at this restaurant! Our dining experience was seamless and the waitress provided excellent service.
