Feedback gevenI am a long time chipotle lover who frequents this location 2 time/ week on avg. This place has slowly but surely gone downhill in every aspect possible. From the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place to the quality of the food. They are always out of something and if you have the audacity to ask if they have something that is not where it usually is (a fork) be prepared to have the cashier snark and remark under her breath. I never leave reviews, but I hope that this may add to the already piling up amount of negative reviews and inspire corporate to make a change before people overall loose faith on this location. It?s not too late but please? employees, food quality, cleanliness? I hope it?s only this location.
I typically don't write reviews however, I was moved with the service I recieved from Mr.Alvin Grant. It's not very often you walk into a busy establishment at get treated so kindly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by him with a warm friendly smile as well as promptly asking me what I wanted to order. He's an absolute gem to this company. Every business should have an Alvin.
I give my review 3 stars because of the online orders, most of the time I cannot get out of the office to grab lunch so I'd order delivery. However, the online ordering is usually wrong, or half portioned. I know I'm not the only one complaining about this. Then , when I do go to in store, the portions are doubled, exaggerated too much. I wish they could have a standard size and portion control. I dislike the consistency throughout. Great flavor, no complaints there.
Faster service, tricky place to park sometimes. but they were fast inside. I went at 5:30 a.m. on a Tuesday
With Chipotle online orders for delivery always check order before driver takes off because you will never get the computerized chat has you repeat everything and nothing gets resolved. I'll just dispute the charge
