Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant and was quite disappointed. There were five employees, yet only one was attending to customers. The others were busy making cakes right at the front to stock the freezers for sale. With just one person ahead of me, I noticed that all the other employees were chatting and never acknowledged the customers waiting. After about ten minutes, I asked if there was really only one person serving, but my question was completely ignored. Frustrated, I raised my voice and pointed out how strange it was to have so many employees but only one helping paying customers. They exchanged glances, seemingly unsure of how to respond, and one of them offered a half-hearted apology before returning to cake-making. At that point, I decided to leave, saving myself both money and calories. I’m truly disappointed in a business that claims to want customers but provides such poor service.
CONCLUSION: I ordered through Uber Eats because I’m unable to go pick it up myself. Instead of addressing the issue with qualified staff, they suggested I come to the restaurant, and a cookie was the best solution the manager could offer. They completely ruined my dad’s surprise and ended up just refunding my money.
If you're looking to encounter the worst customer service, this is the place to visit! I arrived at 7:48 to pick up my online order and didn't leave until 8:24. There were five employees there, but they were just chatting with each other.
If i could give these young ladies a Zero i would they were about 8 customers in line waiting to order and these 3 young ladies was having a full on conversation in front of everyone they had zero cares about us the customers who were waiting.. who everowns this location needs to train these girls all over and watch them on your camera to make sure they?re doing there jobsinstead of blabbing and carrying on conversations and ignoring customers..
5 employees. Only ONE helps customers. All others made cakes right in front to sell in freezers. ONE person in front of me, chatting all other employees (no one time waiting for a paying customer). 10 min later I asked if there was only 1 person who was completely ignored. I said noisy at this point, how do you have so many employees in the front, but only ONE helps a paying customer wait? They looked like they didn't know what to say, then apologised their cakes for the freezer.... at this point I went out.... sown on money and calories! Totally disappointed by companies who are looking for customers but offer the worst customer service
