Denny's - Miami

I understand that's Denny's, but this place was TERRIBLE! I asked about well made hash brews, well made bacon, and well roasted English muffin with over medium-sized eggs. I cooked over hard eggs everything else. My husband's food was even worse when he thinks he ordered nothing good, plus it was cold. The table next to us was also complaining. The grace that saves us here is that our waitress was friendly.

The food was very good, the desert was amazing, we had cheesecake strawberry and was much better than the cheesecake factory. Our server she did everything: Hostess, waitress, go, cashier and she did good work?. Denny?s is Denny?s an American fast food restaurant.

We went for a late night dessert. Ordered their signature ice-cookie cake served on a grid and a piece of cheese cake. Both excellent! Fantastic coffee. Heavy cups. Better loved the service! You've been with a Denny for years, but I'd go back to my experience.

It?ll be a LONG time if any before I return to THIS Biscayne location. Your worker Nirna needs an adjustment because her ego is too fragile. I witness her actually call the police on a customer(s) who had been waiting for a hefty time along with another separate customer who phone died waiting so long bt kept trying to tell them the order name, as she went back n forth avoiding waiting customers causing the line to grow longer and more impatient and customers began to leave, those entering turned around to exit also. Even if she was overwhelmed communication is KEY!. There was a middle age gentleman came to assist bt end up telling the complaining customer to ?you need to be quiet I?m fixing it?. The free lance professionalism is bad for business. Especially with this location close to good revenue. Workers may need to retrain or fix their customer service attitudes . It took almost 1hr a half to 2hr for me to get my food. Good thing the young man with the glasses ? came up front to inform guess about the delay and all ?to-go? orders are ONLINE only!. The orders had to be shut down for an Hour, with a less than half full establishment. This location use to be dependable? for locals and visitors.

I forgot the name of my burger but it had Avocado in it. Tasted so good. The place was packed but only waited a few minutes until I got a seat. I came here for my birthday as well to get a free birthday slam breakfast. Things changed now for the birthday grand slam because you have to set up an account online to get your free breakfast back then you just had to show your ID to get free birthday breakfast.
