Domino's Pizza - Miami

We placed an order from the app. All went well and order was confirmed. It gave me the tracker and the map. They said my order would arrive at 7:15pm. at 7:30 it showed me food was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong house a block away. We got in the car to go to the store and my son called me and said that they just delivered the food it was 7:45. We turned around and when we got home one of the boxes was crushed and the food was cold , we also ordered a Diet Coke and they sent us a regular Coke. Needless to say we took the whole order back to the store. The manager was very apologetic and offered us to remake our whole order and add a few extras. She was very nice and we very happy the way she handled the situation.

Horrible food. They messed up my order 3 times. forgetting cheese for two pastas. giving me the wrong pasta. not putting enough pasta in one order

The service at this restaurant was very poor. I never received my order, and when I tried to call the restaurant, they never answered the phone despite claiming that my order was complete.

We ordered delivery. Everything we ordered came wrong. Anchovies were added on the pizza when requested on the side. The pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread is supposed to have pepperoni I guess. Well. It didn’t. And they won’t answer the phone. Total disregard to customer service. Don’t order from this store unless you want to get the wrong items ….. and super late

My driver was friendly, complimentary and so patient with me after I mistakenly sent him to the wrong address. Planet Fitness was kind to call me and take down the correct address. Positive vibes, thank y’all.
