Dunkin' - Miami

Went this morning to try the new avocado toast and cold brew. it was better than I thought it would be. I liked it a lot. The employees were super cool and super nice.

The ambience and the staff are good, but the music is too loud, that makes me repeat order 3-4 times

I stood outside the store when a storm passed and a very sweet employee (I wish I had got her name) came out to check me and my friend. She also went from her way to repair the table and the umbrella, so that the sheets of the wind would not push them on our way. Your kindness was so well planned, thank you again if you have ever read this. I hope everyone who sees this understands the value that can bring the actions of kindness to someone day. The memory has characters on the Advertising curbside / contactless pickup window, but after ordering by the app as instructed, no available. I literally called the store 9 times while I was sitting outside and nobody would answer the phone. I ordered through the app because I didn't have my mask with me right now and didn't want to go in without it, as it is necessary. 30 minutes later, I had to run around my face with a jacket and ask for my food and the staff was upset. I told them I called 9 times and ordered the app and they said they didn't bring food out. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HUGE WASTE OF TIME. That wasn't the case.
