Jersey Mike's Subs - Miami

Five stars for the staff. The team here is fantastic: friendly, focused on customer service, and very efficient. Unfortunately, the cold subs don't provide good value for the money. Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.

Typically, this is our favorite sub shop, but today was disappointing. The subs didn't even meet our expectations. Our special requests weren't followed, and we didn’t get our pickles, onions, banana peppers, or any flavor. It was a letdown for us.

I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time, and it was a positive experience. The restaurant and restroom were clean, and the service was quick and friendly.

Curbside pickup is truly impressive! I find myself using the app 2-3 times a week to place my order, check in, park, and voilà! The team delivers my order right to my car, without any mistakes, in great packaging, and the quality of the sandwich is consistently excellent, always with a smile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
