Jersey Mike's Subs - Miami

I had a coupon to try Jersey Mike's Subs for free so I came here expecting to be treated differently since after all, I wasn't paying for my meal. I feel like typically when you bring a coupon to a store for a free meal they treat you a bit different but that was not the case here! When I walked through the door I was instantly greeted by an employee. I showed him the coupon I had and he recognized it and explained to me what it included. He helped me pick out what bread I wanted and sub type. I went with the Rosemary Parm bread and for my sub type I believe I got the Jersey Shore's Favorite. Since I've never been here I didn't know they slice the meat right in front of you, fresh! That was such a pleasant surprise. A step above from subway, I really liked that. After the gentleman sliced the meat, another employee came to help me with the toppings I wanted. I will say the toppings here are more limited than a subway but I think it makes it simple and classic. They cut the sub and wrapped it up for me and put napkins in the bag. I enjoyed the sub and how fresh everything tasted. I stayed full for a long time after! I will also say the location was really clean. All in all I enjoyed my first experience at Jersey Mike's, especially this location. I had such a pleasant experience, thank you to the staff who helped me out! I will certainly be back!

This is one of the tastier sub chains. Good portions, fresh ingredients and fast service. The staff are courteous, efficient and quick to accommodate their customers when issues arise. This is a great spot for lunch on the go

Tonight was a horrible experience due to a lack of customer service. The store was closed for ordering yet open for pick-up. The employee insisted upon not serving me.

The prices will keep me away. The Giant size, for what they charge, regardless of slicing meats upon order, too much. My opinion.

Today I walked in to get my Giant Turkey and Provolone Sub as per usual, but I had to come back and leave this review because I have never experienced such a great group of people and atmosphere. Julian deserves to be either store manager or needs a raise. It was thundering and raining super hard and as I waited about 20 minutes inside the store waiting for the rain to scamp away.. he offered to walk me to my car with a huge umbrella. NO ONE does that these days… that is more than an employee that is the face of a business. Thank you so much. The only Jersey Mikes worth going to in my eyes after today, that’s what you call service and good heart!
