Feedback gevenExcellent Service, delicious food and quality ingredients! Tfood had so much flavor and was Not Salty which is the BEST!! I had the AMAZING lobster burger which was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the bun was soft adding to its greatness!! I loved it! My sister had the Miami Shrimp and she loved it!!! I tried it and it was also very good! The stuffed shrimp was a tad bit salty but nonetheless it was also very good. I rate my experience 5 stars because I really can taste the difference between quality ingredients and regular ingredients. This was Quality! Thanks to the owner and I will return very soon!
This location is never open and none of the locations ever answer the phone. Amazing food had 5 menu item including mystery drink
We paid for a total of 446 meals that each included delivery, a dessert, and a drink. Per the agreedupon menu verified by the attached invoice and what was paid for we were to receive:1. Fried chicken, macaroni cheese, collard greens, and lima beans2. Baked chicken, yellow rice, curry green beans, candied yams,3. Vegetarian option- Collard Greens, Black eyed peas, white rice, corn bread4. lemonade /iced tea5. cupcakes/banana puddingThere were several issues through this experience including:1. There was no banana pudding this was never communicated that it would no longer be offered, this could have influenced the decision to use this business, but we weren’t afforded that opportunity 2. The first delivery did not have enough deserts or drinks I over ordered for each shift and had food left over 32 meals to be exact but no desserts or drinks which proves it was never delivered . So not only was there no banana pudding, but the cupcakes also that were brought was not enough.3. There were substitutions for items not requested or substitutions were made for meals without notification:1. The fried chicken meals had rice instead of macaroni cheese in some of them2. Vegetarian desserts were substituted with kind bars vegetarian does not equate to vegan andemployees should have still been provided the deserts that were paid for 3. Water was sent for one of the deliveries although it should not have beenincluded in the count meaning we paid for 223 teas and 223 lemonades since we ordered 446 meals4. Although it was not enough, the first shift received hand bottled ice teas and lemonades while our second shift was provided brisk iced teas and canned fantasWhen I reached out to the owner about the above, I was not met with This is how I plan on fixing it but instead she spoke about her work with the Miami heat, how we did not speak directly so I would have known she substitutes she never reached out to clarify nor was that in the invoice ,how she doesn’t go back and forth through text which is why she didn’t respond to my text, how she counted the food so it was right, and how we both dropped the ball by not counting the food upon delivery which I’ve never had to verify that a caterer correctly did the job they were paid for . Later in the day we had a second delivery and the owner advised she wanted to fix the issue and would even provide banana pudding for the employees.On the second delivery the order was once again short I agreed they could deliver 3rd shift meals during 2nd shift to save them time which would have been 151 meals . The driver provided 96 meals all of which were baked chicken and 6 vegetarians. I counted all the food and had the driver stand there with me to confirm he did not deliver the requested amount and it was in fact all baked chicken. I called the owner who calls her team, and the driver confirms that he took everything off the truck. He then goes back to the truck and brings more food 24 meals that were meant for another site , so we werestill short. He goes back to the truck again and brings 35 fried chicken meals still short . He then goes back and brings more food still short . After the end of multiple trips, we were still short by 14 meals This all took place while the driver stood there and watched me count . They did bringthe remaining meals later that night however, the fact that the driver had to go back to his truck several times and return with food lets me know it was never delivered correctlythe first time around and we would have been short with no accountability from the company had I not counted the food the second time around.I wanted to leave a great review believing the first delivery was just a hiccup but after the second delivery I am embarrassed that this was the turn out for the Black History Month event. The most disappointing part was that the food was good just the poor service, inconsistency, and lack of supplies outshined all of that.
Very poor selection of the food. What happened to grits and sausage or grits and tilapia. I had the grits and shrimp it was ok shrimp didn't have to much taste, but I really wanted fish so that's what I had to go with. Wish they had better menu or breakfast special because they are extremely high. First off you can't get mad for someone stating their opinion for it to say you are the owner you are rude and unprofessional. And I stated that I wanted to fish but because you don't have a dish with fish and grits I went with the shrimp. And for you to say I can't afford it I spent nearly $30 In there for a breakfast plate a lemonade and a side of ffries. The way your professionalism is, it sucks. You could have left your response as to I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT.
I was in Miami back in March with some friends and came across LOVELY'S. I'm so happy we did great food and great service. I'm home in St. Louis wishing Uber could deliver.. Can't wait to return y'all 1st on my list!! So fresh so clean smoothie was delicious, wings and shimps... Ooh I wish!
