Opera House Miami

The management is quite disappointing. They constantly mislead you and seem unwilling to assist in any way. I recommend avoiding this place if you want to keep your peace of mind.

This security company is quite disappointing. Sonia, the Colombian woman in charge of this account, has an intimidating presence. When you arrive, her expression is so unwelcoming that it makes you question why you're even there. There's a complete lack of customer service and kindness from the staff, and Sonia comes across as arrogant. It's no surprise that they only manage one building. I wish I could share my concerns with the property management at Opera Tower. The employees from this security company are unprofessional when interacting with people; during my time in the building, I noticed there were no smiles or friendliness at all. I would recommend going with Marksman or Allied instead!

My stay at the Opera Tower was short but truly enchanting, making me consider the possibility of purchasing a condo here. The experience left a significant impact on me, and I couldn't help but be drawn to the idea of owning a property in this remarkable establishment. The stunning design, excellent amenities, and prime location make it an attractive investment opportunity. With the new management in charge, the Opera Tower stands out as a true representation of beauty. Every moment of my visit was enjoyable, and I was captivated by the lovely park right across from the tower, which offers stunning views of the bay. The recent upgrades to the pool and gym added to my enjoyment, and the large BBQ area next to the pool provided a scenic spot overlooking the deck. Additionally, the first floor of the building hosts several small businesses, including a welcoming beauty salon and a convenient store, where the friendly and attentive staff create a warm atmosphere. I am not only fond of the incredible building itself but also of the surrounding area, which I find absolutely captivating.

I really like this building. The apartments have an amazing view to the park and the sea, location was also perfect, close enough to the airport and wynwood. Also they have good security and parking spots.

This is the worst management possible. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable, unethical,just bad, bad service. They are never available to pick you phone call, rarely respond to your email and they charge you for every little thing possible and don’t pay your deposit back. Very high HOA fees for the services and amenities provided. (Which you can’t enjoy and are offen closed for one reason or another )Same for security staff, rude unprofessional and untrained. The building looks older than it is, and is not the cleanest. Besides good location and amazing views from 01,02 this has nothing to offer. Too bad, it has potential but the management ruins everything, they need to be changed !!!!
