I order here very often the service was always great and they are always fast to help them and really fast to get their food ready. very courteous over the phone and always pick up, this could be the best papá jones in downtown/brickell/midtown area

Horrible customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and got deferred multiple times. The lady was incredibly rude. GO TO ANOTHER PAPA JHONS. Horrible horrible horrible service!!!!!

Horrible service. Staff needs to be fired especially the manager. I called an hour before closing and the manager said I could not place a carry out order. I saw people ordering. Staff too lazy to work then close this place down

They charged me, my credit card, more like the invoice was! Tried to clarify it but get no answer to my email.

I usually never have any issues ordering pizza from this location. When using on my phone the order is on time and ready to go. My only complaint is the parking, because I usually do pick up instead of delivery.
