Pincho (pincho Factory) - Miami

9/8/22 4:20PM Great customer service and their food is very fresh and tasty, for the first time visiting the place as I had ordered from Uber.

Food was great and they take their time to make sure that it was good on record 5 stars for kitchen staff BUT, the young chubby girls with glasses has terrible customer service, I am a customer who pays their rent, food etc. with me she wouldn't be able to pay her bills when I was a teenager working at Office Depot, they had secret buyers. Company must launch the secret shopper to this location PLUS why this restaurant is always so hot either company is simply lazy! or simply do not worry about this store unprofessional people in the register and sweat the customers while they eat PLEASE get it together

Nice place, the girl that took our order called Graciela, she was beautiful and friendly, she explained everything in the menu Cuz it was our first time in the place. The food was delicious.

Enjoy one of the best burgers in Miami!!! Unfortunately, they don't sell beer anymore...

We Had a blue cheese burger w/sweet patio fries and a frita bowl..yum yum! The place was clean, the service was good and the food even better. Will remember to return to this place when in am in the area.
