Sbarro - Miami

These people don’t use gloves when preparing the food or pizzas. I told them and even that you told them they don’t use gloves!

This review is for the location on the Jackson Memorial campus. I recommend sticking to the pizza, chicken wings (when available), and the breadsticks, which are $2.29 each. The spaghetti can be inconsistent; today, the marinara sauce was mostly water, with only about 10% being actual sauce. The small spaghetti with meat costs $10, but it's not worth it when there's hardly any sauce.

The customer service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious.

The pizza was tasty, but some of the fountain sodas were missing syrup. The prices are a little on the high side. I noticed the staff began closing up over half an hour before the official closing time. Additionally, the business hours listed online are inaccurate; the restaurant is open on Saturdays despite being marked as closed. Also, the phone number provided online is incorrect.

The only thing good was the garlic bread because it recently came out, but the pizza tasted old, as if they had it left it over a little while than they should have in the display area. I had to unfortunately throw it away, but the lady who took my order seemed nice. Overall, kudos to those two things, but they should really a tad bit more of attention to their products.
