Generally, Cuban bread can be dry and crumbly, but this particular bread is the worst I've encountered. It's best to skip the sandwiches. 2) The chicken is often overcooked; I wouldn't recommend ordering any chicken dishes. I've made this mistake a couple of times by ordering a Philly Chicken sandwich, only to end up tossing it due to the overcooked chicken and the dry, stale bread. 3) The service is surprisingly slow for a fast food café. If you plan to eat here, consider calling in your order ahead of time or be ready to wait at least 15 minutes.
This cozy restaurant (definitely small enough that you might prefer to take your food elsewhere to enjoy it) is situated inside the Miami Tower (previously the Bank of America Tower) and is incredibly convenient for those working in the building. The menu offers a diverse range of options, including chicken kitchen-style chops, wraps, sandwiches, and entrees. I tried the chicken BLT wrap and was pleasantly surprised by its quality; the chicken was well-seasoned, making it stand out as an above-average wrap. Additionally, their café con leche is consistently excellent.
