Feedback gevenI ordered a hot chocolate and there was no line, but despite having six staff members working, no one bothered to make it. I ended up waiting for over 10 minutes. The service was terrible, and I won't be returning.
I arrived at 7 PM on a Friday, well before their supposed closing time of 9 PM, but they had already cleared out all the food and informed me they would be closing soon. I had planned to sit outside and asked if someone could help clean off a table that was wet from the rain, but they refused to assist. When I requested to speak with the manager, the same barista told me he was the manager and wouldn't give me his name. I left the establishment disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.
I always order a pink drink, but for some reason, this location always seems to get it wrong. I asked for no berries and received one with them included. It wasn't a big deal, so I requested a remake. However, when I got it back, they had just scooped out the berries, which was a bit frustrating but not the end of the world. The drink tasted like it was mostly coconut milk, and it didn’t even have a hint of pink. I could hardly taste the strawberry acai at all. It seems like whatever they are doing isn’t working, and they need to change their approach. Normally, I would have asked for a complete remake or a refund, but I was in a hurry this time. I usually wouldn't leave a review about something like this, but since it happens so frequently, I felt it was worth mentioning.
I ordered a shaken espresso with signature espresso instead of blonde espresso and the barista asked me what did I mean by signature espresso. Girl, what??!! She was nice, just clearly uninformed. Used to be my favorite Sbux location but they've been slacking lately. The drinks from the past few weeks have been disappointing. I'll be back in a couple months when new team is better trained.
Always running out of things without notice. A sign would be great to know that ya don?t have it in stock. It?s always like that coming to this Starbucks. Whoever doing the orders need to do a better job. Alway wasting people time in these long lines to find out they are out of something at the register.
