Starbucks - Miami

My husband and I were traveling for family and stayed at Aloft Miami Airport location and I was so pleased to know there was a Starbucks attached!!! Our Starbucks from where we are from does not hold a candle to this location. The staff here were PHENOMENAL the entire duration of our trip! From greeting as soon as I walked in the door, the attentiveness by the whole team to work together for efficiency, and the follow up at the end with “have a great day” really shows that they all truly cared to be there and worked for someone who is an EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful manager. Amazing to see everyone working together in the world we live in!! Very pleased and hate I have to leave this location to go back home!

Steven was the BEST! he was working the drive thru this afternoon while me and a coworker stopped for drinks and his kindness radiated through the microphone. It honestly made our day and i had to make sure he got the recognition!!

It’s a decent Starbucks location. It includes a drive-thru. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately they are only offering take out and drive- thru right now. They have very limited outdoor seating available.

I must say I enjoy stopping by this Starbucks although sometimes there missing items but I do understand that's worldwide with the shipping but the workers here are sooo great with there customer service. My order is always made correctly. But I must say Everytime I pull up early in the morning and hear Othell (the associate) voice over the speaker it just brighten my day he's super nice. Thank you starbuck but your continuous good service
