Feedback gevenIt's been quite a while since I last dined here, and the place definitely seems cleaner now. However, I miss the entire service experience they used to offer. There are no more colorful menus for kids or fun little hats and cars. Now, everything is ordered electronically, and they call you up to collect your food tray, much like at McDonald's. On the bright side, the food was fantastic — it was steaming hot and fresh. I was really impressed at how quickly our meals were prepared. I’ll be sure to share pictures on my next visit!
It's unfortunate that this particular location continues to struggle. Despite the tasty food, it has faced numerous challenges over the years, such as long wait times of up to 30 minutes, unclean dining areas, and persistent management issues. Today was the final straw for my family and me. We arrived at 11:15 AM, only to find the doors locked and no one inside. The sign indicated that the dining room was supposed to open at 10 AM. Another customer waiting outside mentioned that the store couldn't open until a manager arrived. We then headed to the drive-thru, where we waited behind one car for about five minutes before deciding to leave. It seems the management problems are still ongoing. It's truly disappointing to witness the decline of this location. Goodbye and good riddance.
I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, even though there was only one car in front of me. When I finally received my order, it had obviously been sitting there for a long time. I felt compelled to check if the order was actually mine, and it turned out it wasn't. Once I got my correct order, it had a taste reminiscent of mildew. At that point, I decided I wasn't going to waste any more time at this location.
We came here because I used to eat this in Jacksonville and the patty melts were scrumptious. Not the case here. The patty melt had a bitter tinge aftertaste, as well as the shoestring fries. Not enjoyable. I tasted my wife’s burger and it was better than the patty melt but my experience had already been tainted. The place isn’t too clean although there wasn’t anyone eating inside while we were there so it wasn’t too noticeable. I also ordered a Reese’s shake and that was the best thing I had. The ladies working there are of the older generation so I understand why the food takes so long reading other people’s reviews. I probably won’t return as there are better options for shakes near my house. This place still getting business should be a testament to all that you can literally open any type of restaurant and if the food is edible people will come. But don’t go eat there. Unless you want a shake. Fin.
The food was good. It took a little time for it to come out, but I actually like it because I knew my food came out fresh. My only thing is the lack of customer service availability. There was no one to talk for questions because everything is automated. That's how you lose customers because there is nobody there to talk to or take your order. When I go to a restaurant I want to place my order with a person not a machine. I want to have that burger/diner experience.
