Subway - Miami

I requested a wrap with a veggie patty, as I had done at other restaurants, but he told me they did not make that kind of wrap and claimed he did not know how. When I tried to explain how to make it, he refused and told me to pick something else because they do not make "Mexican food". This man was not wearing a uniform or a name tag, making it difficult to identify him. Not only was he rude to me, but his actions also posed a potential risk for spreading contamination. Additionally, he seemed to prioritize making food for his girlfriend who was in the back, leaving my boyfriend's little sister waiting mid-order.

I placed an order through the Postmates app, which had a promotion at this particular location. The promotion was buy one, get one free on footlong sandwiches of a certain type. I chose the meatball footlong. When I arrived, there was another customer placing their order at Subway. The employee asked me what I wanted, but I told him I could wait until the other customer was finished since I was not in a rush. He insisted that I did not have to wait and took my name for my mobile order. He handed me my sandwich and I left the restaurant.

I ordered a veggie patty sub at this restaurant three days ago and ate in. Unfortunately, I have been recovering from food poisoning since then. I was sick all day, unable to do anything but let my body recover. I couldn't eat anything for two days, which was a new experience for me. Additionally, while I was dining in, other customers were very disrespectful and verbally attacked me. This experience has me questioning what is happening at this place. I felt like I was going to die. Now that I am starting to regain my strength, I am finally able to write this review.

Nice location to meet with family. i've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. it has a cool interior. i see why this place has a lot of positive reviews.
