Subway - Miami

I like this subway okay. The employees are nice, and I never have an issue when I go there. However, the cookies are rarely good to me when I get them. It's not that they're burnt or anything, they just have an off taste. I usually get the chocolate chip ones, but they just don't taste that good. I've tried them multiple times, but they always end up tasting the same. I'm not from here, so I've had them from my hometown and they aren't supposed to taste how they do here.

Great customer service from Reyna, she was taking the Uber eats orders as well as walk ins and she was doing everything with care and speed and her attitude is so positive. Although she shouldn?t be left alone, she works great under pressure. She deserves a raise!!!!!

Made a ORDER THROUGH UBEREATS AND THE LADY THERE REFUSED TO GIVE MY DAD MY ORDER WHEN I HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED THE ORDER THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is how they treat their customers they should all be retrained on how to work in a customer service job.

I REALLY HATE THAT PLACE NOW!! They have the worst service!!! I got two orders of ham and cheese and a BMT and they put the honey mustard in the ham and cheese and I asked to put it in the BMT then the lady told me that was wrong and they finally give me a new order so I don?t recommend going here at all it?s always of your time and they don?t treat you as you possibly treated!!!! Don?t go there!!!

The lady was great, my mom wanted it tosted really well . I didn't, she loved it !
