Superlatinos Cafe - Miami

Unsatisfied need to take food allergies more seriously, I am seriously allergic to Cilantro my husband asking if the black beans had them and he was recommended not. He was falsely informed and I could land in the hospital or even worse if it wasn't for us to check the food before it eats

My credit card has recently been stolen and used in this restaurant. When I saw the security video, I noticed that the woman who used my credit card knew all the employees. After asking, I found out she was working there. When I questioned her about her, I was told that they had no information about her. Totally ugly reaction. That's why I really hope you don't risk eating in this facility because you never know what could happen to your credit card.

Only the guizo de maiz was acceptable, I command vaca frita with Yuca and arroz Moro, I can tell you the food is not fresh... everything was cool and reheat... bad chefs

Lucky to even get a star from me. Only 14 people in the restaurant and the service were simply not there, with several waiters on the staff. The seafood soup had 0 taste had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce. Then my fish sandwich was overdried. They looked like they used old Cuban bread and roasted it to sell it. The woman ordered a steak sandwich that she could not eat, the steak was not tendorized and she had to pull extremely hard with every bite to get the piece in her mouth. The whole food was tasteless... Definitely recommend skipping this facility if you do not want to be disappointed

Just left the restaurant. Was very disappointed since we always go to the one on Quail Roost Drive, but gave the wrong directions to my kids who were joining me for lunch. We had a very good waitress who remembered all the items ordered. The problem was with the palomilla, which was hard as a board. We asked the lady to please take it back and give her a croqueta preparada instead. When the bill came, the steak was on the bill and I asked the lady if it could be taken off and to be charged for the croqueta preparada. She said the manager said no because she ate the rice and beans. I said that by the tone the sandwich was prepared we would all have finished eating. She went back and asked snd he told her that he would take it off but then charge for the rice, beans and sandwich and it would be more money. He didn?t even have the decency to come out and tell us himself. I told the girl that it was nothing she did, she got an extra tip besides the 15 percent they include but that I would never go back there again. I will continue to go to the other one, which we frequent at least twice a week, sometimes more. A very bad business practice!??
