Feedback gevenI don't know what $3 to fight for. I ordered 4 soft taco and I said light beef, but got it mixed and they put xtra beef. I corrected the order and said light beef. There was time to correct the order because I had 3 cars in front of me. If I go to the window?4soft taco?, yeah. I'm giving out my loan and I don't have a reception! So I left. When I see my account, they will charge me for the xtra beef. I have no reception for it. I'll call the store and no answer. That is not correct, they should have corrected it, but they charge me for something I did not ask. Never back in this place.
Especially the cashier (the name on the receipt) spoke to another employee about non-workrelated questions... I mention this because you could hear them from the car... The meter for the vehicles still doesn't work properly, only the Tacoglocke I visited has this problem. Food wasn't hot, very disappointing. They took longer than expected for food and drink... 1/16/2021.
Where to begin. I went to the taco Bell today at 17:00 and the first thing I see is the drive-thru visitor who told the customer before us to move forward Stop and then back to reset the timer. At the order I was very clear what I wanted, but when you received the order, we realized that they did not add the sour cream to the order. When I and my wife went back to tell them that they forgot to put the sour cream in the face of both the girl and the manager and said that the sour cream was at the bottom of the taco when we opened the taco itself and pulled everything to the side, there was no sour cream. The girl in the window had the worst attitude and staff can have when it comes to customers. She was super rude, she had a face that someone would be unhappy with her greeting that she didn't even do. I don't understand what kind of customer service you train your employees. I also do not understand what kind of training you give to your employees when it comes to making food. This place must be managed and or all employees must be changed because I'm sorry, that's by far the worst experience I had with taco Bell.
