I went through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and the person taking orders was extremely rude, saying things like "hurry up, I’ve got a timer." When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee wouldn't even make eye contact with me while discussing the incident. Because of this, I couldn't enjoy my meal during my break. This all happened around 6:40 PM, so it should be on camera. As a manager at a different restaurant, I would never treat customers this way. The manager here should be fired; they clearly don’t deserve to work with customers. I will never return to this Wendy's. This location used to be great, and I don’t know what has happened since then.
I drove 45 minutes to visit this place only to find the lobby closed when I arrived at 6 PM. It's frustrating to waste both time and gas like this! If you're going to run a business, at least keep the lobby open.
This Wendy's is disappointing, primarily due to its inconsistency in opening hours. It usually opens at 7 a.m. every day, but today, on a Saturday, it doesn't open until 10 a.m.? This needs to be addressed, whether it's by an employee, the manager, or someone who is a fan of Wendy's. It seems your timing could use some improvement.
I visited this restaurant a few days ago and received assistance from the manager, Sebastian. The food was fresh, and his hospitality and customer service were outstanding! I will definitely be coming back.
I encountered a minor issue with my order, but Manager Rachel addressed it flawlessly. She is definitely a valuable asset to the restaurant.
