Very unsatisfactory experience! I wanted to order a simple Jr. Cheeseburger. The cashier in the Drive-Thru answers to laugh and tells me that you don't want the bacon. When I look at the screen, he invites for what he thought I ordered, Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and then I understood why laughing and commenting?so no bacon?. Then I'll tell him I ordered a Cheseburger and he'll tell me I ordered a Speck cheeseburger. The laughing continues... I just went because I don't think that was right and didn't want him on his face! What a lack of customer service! That's not a joke. I think there's no choice after midnight. Son of a ****, we're all gonna make her laugh as a customer and fight back with irony! No joke, not appropiate, not expected! Get out!
This is WORST Wendy? I've ever visited. The big guy on the window that gave the food was on his phone and threw the bbq sauce on me for my nuggets. Listen, if you don't like your job, do something about it! Do not take it to the customers you keep in business. I wish I had seen his name sign so he could call his attention. Get an education in the right customer service you idiot!
The order was wrong, should have been a classic chicken sandwich, instead get a spicy chicken, also for many children without supervision. Largest problem sandwiches never resembles that on the menu.
Great place and staff, but the food were just a little bit ordinary!!
